For deliveries of small parcels (length + 2x height + 2x width < 300cm maximum length 175cm) within the European Union you can choose from 2 parcel carriers: DPD and DHL Express. For the shipment of large goods within the European Union we cooperate with DB Schenker and Mainfreight. The shipping costs depend on the total shipping weight (real weight or volume weight) of your order. You can see the exact cost in the shopping cart depending on the selected items.

In our web shop for each item is individually indicated if it is in stock in our warehouse if not the expected delivery time is indicated. If all the items in your shopping basket are in stock your order whose payment has been received before 3:30 p.m. will be shipped the same day. If not all items are in stock we will wait until all items in your shopping cart are delivered to us by the supplier(s) concerned. In our experience the average shipping time of DPD within Belgium and the closest neighboring countries is about 2 working days for DHL Express parcels it is one working day. Unfortunately, you have to reckon with a longer delivery time during vacation periods and on public holidays - we ask for your understanding.

We send all our packages with track&trace so you can track your shipment at any time. You will receive the tracking number by e-mail as soon as your package has been registered with the parcel carrier. Please note: it may take several hours before your package is visible in the parcel carrier's systems.

If you want to change or cancel your order, first check in your customer account if it has not been shipped yet. Yes, this is no problem at all. In case of a private sale within the European Union, please note that you will be charged the VAT rate applicable in the country where the shipping address is located. In case of an intra-community sale for your first order, we can only ship to the address where the VAT number is registered according to the VIES. For subsequent orders, this restriction does not apply and you can specify a different shipping address.

Yes, you can. We offer discounts for customers who own a garage, workshop, or body shop or specialize in reselling Porsche parts. We ask you to create a customer account and then contact us so we can verify your VAT number and activate your personal discount prices directly in your account.
