Returns
If you change your mind or find you no longer need the goods, you may return them to us for a refund, credit, or exchange, provided we are notified of the intended return within 14 days of receipt of the goods and the goods are returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
All returns are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Before returning your item(s), you must contact us for a return number. To do so, please email customer service at [email protected].
- Products returned after 14 days of receipt or without a valid return number may be refused at our discretion.
- Please ensure that the goods are returned in the original packaging and that the returned goods are repackaged properly for transportation.
- Include a copy of your purchase invoice with your item(s); failure to do so may delay the return process.
- Indicate the return number clearly on the outside of the package and send it to the following address:

Belgium - All goods must be returned to us carriage paid. 9xxTeile is not liable for the shipping costs of unwanted or wrongly ordered goods. If you return goods for exchange, shipping costs for the replacement goods are due before shipment.
- If you are located outside the European Union, please ensure that your shipment is declared (and clearly marked) as a RETURN. 9xxTeile reserves the right to deduct any unpaid import charges resulting from an incorrect declaration of your shipment from the value of the returned goods.
- All goods must be returned to us unused, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging. 9xxTeile reserves the right to refuse returns that are damaged, incomplete, or already used.
- All goods returned after 30 days of receipt will be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.
- You may consider using a courier service with tracking and transport insurance to return your goods. 9xxTeile cannot accept liability for returned packages that are misdelivered, lost, or damaged in transit.
In addition to the above conditions for returned goods, missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered goods are subject to the following conditions:
- You must notify us of any shortages or damage to your order within 48 hours of receipt. After this time, we cannot guarantee that we can file your claim with the carrier. Please notify us by email and send supporting images to [email protected].
- If goods are missing on arrival with no clear indication of loss in transit, you must give us 3-5 business days to verify the relevant stock and shipping information.
- 9xxTeile reserves the right to charge for the replacement of missing goods if our stock and shipping records are found to be correct.
- 9xxTeile is not responsible for charges resulting from delays due to receipt of and procedures related to damaged, missing or incorrect goods.
- 9xxTeile is not responsible for charges incurred if you choose to return damaged or incorrectly delivered goods to us without prior authorization and instructions from us.
In addition to the above conditions for returned goods, items returned for warranty are subject to the following conditions:
- All products sold are subject only to the manufacturer's specified warranty - the terms of which can be found with the respective manufacturer - unless specifically stated otherwise.
- 9xxTeile will contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim on your behalf, but assumes no liability for loss or expense resulting from making a warranty claim.
- Please contact us for a return number before returning an item for warranty. Once you receive a return number, please download and complete the warranty form.
- Goods returned without a return number and accompanying warranty form may be refused at our discretion.
- Please ensure that returned goods are properly packed for transport and use original packaging where possible.
- You must include a copy of your purchase invoice and completed warranty form with your return; failure to do so may delay the warranty process.

Belgium - 9xxteile assumes no liability for costs incurred during assembly or removal of parts subject to a warranty claim.
- The specific manufacturer of a part subject to a warranty claim is responsible for evaluating and testing the part.
- The manufacturer reserves the right to reject a warranty claim if it is determined that there is no defect or that any defect present is due to improper assembly or unreasonable handling.
- In our experience, processing warranty claims can take up to 12 weeks depending on the manufacturer in question.
