Sliding contact steering wheel for Porsche 964 944 968 928 Steering column switch horn

This copper sheet allows you to repair the steering column switch on your Porsche.
The thin sliding contact very often breaks off at the riveted point after the years. As a result, there is no electrical connection for the horn. Because such a delicate and thin copper sheet is difficult to cut out by hand, we have invested in a punching tool and produced a small series using a punching process.

The contact plate fits the Porsche 944 (from '86), 968 and 928 transaxle models, as well as the 964. Because the contact pin of the rivet is continuous, the plate must be soldered on. In this way, you can save your old steering column switch and save high procurement costs for a new or even used blinker switch.
