The Porsche models 996 and 997 as well as 986/987 Boxster and Cayman have a V-ribbed belt that is guided by two (sometimes identical) idler pulleys and a tensioner pulley. These pulleys differ depending on the year of manufacture, transmission type (Tiptronic/manual transmission) and engine type. The 911 turbo generally has a slightly different bracket for the belt tensioner.
